This year's edition of the European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises will bring a significant change in the way we exchange knowledge and build relationships. As organizers, closely observing the dynamic challenges of the modern market, we have decided to give the event a new format that responds to the real needs of modern business and addresses the younger generations of entrepreneurs – for whom pace, high-quality communication, and interactivity are key values. This year's edition will be called the European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises – Business Hub Edition and will be more dynamic, featuring a greater number of inspiring presentations, interviews, and interactive formats that will partially replace the previous, more static formats and infuse the Congress with a completely new energy.

At the heart of the renewed concept are four key thematic areas: Bridge to Tomorrow, dedicated to the future and innovation; Business Connect, focused on relationships, collaboration, and networking; From Small to Big, supporting company development and scaling; and International Talks, focusing on international cooperation and international expansion.

The new congress format will feature four stages hosting nearly 50 presentations and conversations with business leaders from Poland and abroad, complemented by over 40 panel discussions and workshops in dedicated conference rooms. This layout will allow participants to absorb key information and ideas more quickly and effectively, while also selecting the content and formats that best suit their needs. The new congress format will combine substantive knowledge with a modern setting, creating a space appealing to both experienced managers and visionaries of tomorrow.
