III. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. a, b, c, f RODO.

IV. If you give your consent, you will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data will be processed during the organization and duration of the Congress, and after its completion until the end of the period of limitation of potential claims or resulting from applicable law. VIII. Personal data will not be subject to automated processing and profiling.

You have the right to object to the processing of data in order to conduct direct marketing, as well as due to your special situation (which should be indicated in this case) in the case of data processing by the Administrator on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) RODO, ie processing by the Administrator data for purposes arising from legitimate interests.

XI. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data or another competent supervisory authority) when you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

XII. Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Congress.

XIII. If you do not give your data, you may lose the opportunity to participate in Congress, as well as the lack of consent may make it impossible to provide services in connection with Congress.
