PARKING

The Organizer will publish detailed information on parking lots at a later date.

1. Participation in the 14th European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises is free of charge.

2. Individual registration for the congress is required under the “Registration” tab. After registration you will be able to download a voucher, which in printed or digital version should be presented at the congress reception.

3. The organizer cannot register larger groups of participants on their own due to, among other things, the need for personal consent to the processing of personal data.

4. It is also possible to register for B2B meetings on the congress homepage.

5. It will be possible to register for the congress during the congress, directly at the congress reception.

6. Free locker rooms will be available for participants.

7. Translation kits will be available for download at the congress reception. You will be able to download the kit after showing and scanning your congress ID. After use, please return the kits in person to the reception desk to record the return in the system. If this is not possible, please give the pledge to the volunteers. We strongly urge you not to leave translation kits in the halls.

8. The program of the event is published in the PROGRAM tab on the congress website. A printed version will also be available during the congress. However, the Organizer has the right to make changes to the program, especially in situations beyond the Organizer's control. Changes will be continuously published on the congress website and/or announced at the MCK in Katowice during the congress.

9. The list of sessions held on a given day in individual conference rooms will be displayed on multimedia displays at the entrance doors to the rooms.

10. The congress is open, i.e. a registered participant has the right to attend all congress sessions for which registration is open, not only the sessions for which he/she has registered. The organizer does not verify people entering individual sessions with the list of registered participants. Registration for a particular session is for informational and organizational purposes - it allows the Organizer to select a room of appropriate capacity with a view to ensuring adequate comfort. However, it may happen that registration for a particular session will not provide a registered person with a seat during the session.

11. Closed events are also held during the congress. Such events may be included in the registration program, but without the possibility of registration. Information that an event is closed will also be posted on the multimedia display located at the entrance door to the conference hall.

12. If you need to call for medical assistance, please contact those with “Organizer” badges, volunteers or security personnel. The location of the medical point will be provided by the Organizer at a later date.

13. If you have any questions during your stay at the Congress, we are at your disposal at the stand of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice in the Lower Hall of the MCK - just behind the congress reception desks.
