Members and friends of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice will meet at a unique Community Gala, which this year takes on special significance – it will celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Chamber's activity. This extraordinary event will take place as part of the 15th European Congress of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (ECSME), Europe's largest forum dedicated to the SME sector.An anniversary in a unique setting
The RIG Community Gala in Katowice is not only an opportunity to celebrate together, but also a moment to reflect on the path the Chamber has taken through three and a half decades of dynamic development. The ceremony will take place on October 27, 2025, at the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice (NOSPR) – one of the most prestigious concert halls in Poland and an architectural landmark of the region.During the gala, the Economic Awards of the European SME Congress will be presented, honoring entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations that make a special contribution to the economic and social development of the region.
A musical journey with Electro Deluxe
The ceremony will be accompanied by a concert by the renowned French band Electro Deluxe – world-class artists who have been delighting audiences for over two decades with their unique combination of soul, funk, and jazz.Charismatic vocalist James Copley and an excellent brass section create an energetic, emotional spectacle that captivates the audience from the very first notes. Their performance at the NOSPR will be an unforgettable addition to the anniversary celebrations.
35 years of tradition, partnership, and development
Since 1990, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice has been supporting entrepreneurs, promoting cooperation and building bridges between business, science and local government. Today, it brings together nearly 700 companies, continuing the tradition of the Chamber of Commerce from 1922 and the Silesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.Founded by 103 entrepreneurs under the leadership of Tadeusz Donocik, its first and long-standing president, now Honorary President of the Chamber, the RIG in Katowice has remained a strong voice for Silesian business in Poland and Europe for many years.
