Oferta Inwestycyjną Województwa Śląskiego

Baza Ofert Inwestycyjnych inSilesia (BOI) to bezpłatne narzędzie promocji gospodarczej, które zawiera komplet informacji na temat oferowanych nieruchomości (tereny inwestycyjne typu greenfield i brownfield, powierzchnie biurowe, hale produkcyjne/magazyny czy nieruchomości turystyczne) znajdujących się na terenie województwa śląskiego.

Korzystanie z BOI nie tylko umożliwia dostęp do aktualnej listy ofert inwestycyjnych, ale również daje możliwość ich promocji podczas wydarzeń organizowanych w kraju oraz za granicą: podczas targów nieruchomości i inwestycji oraz misji gospodarczych, w których Województwo Śląskie uczestniczy. Z tego narzędzia mogą korzystać zarówno Jednostki Samorządu Terytorialnego, firmy jak i osoby prywatne.

BOI umożliwia także przekierowanie do systemu OPI-TTP 2.0., który zapewnia dostęp do szczegółowych informacji o terenach pogórniczych i postindustrialnych.

Śląskie Centrum Obsługi Inwestora i Eksportera (ŚCOIE) działa w ramach Departamentu Gospodarki i Współpracy Międzynarodowej. ŚCOIE jest punktem pierwszego kontaktu dla inwestorów polskich i zagranicznych, zainteresowanych rozpoczęciem lub rozwinięciem działalności na terenie województwa śląskiego, nawiązaniem współpracy z którymś z wielu partnerów ŚCOIE lub – w przypadku polskich firm – rozwojem działań związanych z eksportem.

Województwo Śląskie systematycznie startuje także w organizowanym przez Polską Agencję Inwestycji i Handlu konkursie Grunt na Medal. W tegorocznej – dziesiątej już – edycji konkursu z województwa zgłoszonych zostało 11 terenów z 8 gmin, a ostatecznym zwycięzcą został teren „Skorki I” z Częstochowy.

inSilesia’s Investment Offers Database (Baza Ofert Inwestycyjnych AKA BOI) is a free of charge economic promotion tool that contains complete information on the offered properties (greenfield and brownfield investment areas, office space, production halls/warehouses and tourist properties) located in the Silesia Region.

Using BOI not only allows access to the current list of investment offers, but also gives the opportunity to promote them during events organized in Poland and abroad: during real estate and investment fairs and economic missions in which the Silesia Region participates.

This tool can be used by local government units, companies and private individuals. BOI also allows redirection to the OPI-TTP 2.0 system, which provides access to detailed information about post-mining and post-industrial areas.

Silesian Investor and Exporter Service Center (ŚCOIE) operates within the Department of Economy and International Cooperation. ŚCOIE is the first point of contact for Polish and foreign investors interested in starting or expanding their business in the Silesia Region, establishing cooperation with one of ŚCOIE's many partners or - in the case of Polish companies - developing export-related activities.

Silesia Region also systematically takes part in the Land for a Medal (Grunt na Medal) competition organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. In this year's 10th edition of the competition, 11 areas from 8 communes were entered in the voivodeship, and the final winner was the "Skorki I" area from Częstochowa.
